Twin Cities RISE! Retention Statistics

At Twin Cities RISE! we understand that the time invested in training new hires is an investment for our hiring partners. Graduates of Twin Cities RISE! have excellent retention records - 82% for a one-year job retention - far surpassing the 60-70% industry standard for entry level employees and a 73% two-year job retention.

WHY outstanding retention rates?

We believe that our entry level candidates are extremely competitive in today's market driven economy. Three dramatic differences between our entry level candidates and other entry level candidates who have not been through our program are:

  • Twin Cities RISE! graduates have successfully completed on average one year of hard skills training in a professional environment.
  • Our program has an intense focus on soft skills training with an emphasis on Personal Empowerment, accountability, responsibility, conflict resolution, positive interaction, attendance and long term change.
  • Twin Cities RISE! graduates have personalized one on one coaching services through the end of the first year of employment.
