Twin Cities RISE! Empowerment Institute in Education

Empowerment training benefits teachers, students, and the entire learning community.

"I will use this with children, family, co-workers, and students. I will use it to help regulate my emotions, to be self- aware of my own and others' core hurts and triggers, and to make more empowered decisions in all facets of my life. I will seek self-nurturing behaviors and be courageous to be healthy myself, so that I will be a positive example and inspiration for empowerment to others."
- EI Client, University of Dubuque
