Twin Cities RISE! Participant Celebration

Five times each year, during the intersession, TCR! celebrates the achievements of the program Participants. The Celebration consists of a commencement-type ceremony preceded by an informal meal. Certificates are awarded, along with other gift items, attendance awards are given, participants are invited to speak, and special guests are invited.
