Internship Partners
The internship program at Twin Cities RISE! provides employers with qualified interns at no cost to the
employer. Each TCR! intern works an average of
10 hours per week for at least 8 weeks, while also attending weekly TCR! courses.
Employers receive additional, free support, while TCR! participants gain:
- Valuable work experience
- Increased confidence in the workplace
- An opportunity to use and expand their skills
More than 70% of all TCR! participants who successfully complete an internship find
employment faster.
