How to Apply
Twin Cities RISE! admits new participants continuously throughout the year. We start our 10 week class sessions in January, March, May, August and October.
To be eligible to apply to the Twin Cities RISE! Core Program, you must:
- Be able to work legally in the U.S. now and for the next two years
- Be willing and able to work full time in Minnesota
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a personal earned income of no more than $20,000 in the previous year
- Have no criminal sexual conduct crime or arson charges
- Not be currently enrolled or taking other training or college classes
- Have no 4-year degree from a US institution
- Demonstrate English fluency and basic literacy
- Must possess a GED or high school diploma
