All of our TCR programming is offered at no-cost to you.  Your success is how you pay it forward

All of programs are currently 8-weeks and hybrid.

This program is best for the open minded individual desiring full-time meaningful employment who are ready to R!SE to their full potential.

TCR provides a variety of supportive services that will prepare you for career success. You will work with your career success coaches to access community connections, employment opportunities, and lifestyle support such as food or gas cards.

Income varies per participant. Our goal is for all participants to graduate from the program with a full-time benefit earning position earning at least $30,000 per year.

Adults impacted by racial or socioeconomic barriers are looking for Full-Time employment Though focus on POC, particularly Black Men; TCR is open to all genders and backgrounds For a more detailed list of requirements, check out our eligibility requirements.

While we do not offer on-site childcare or vouchers for chilcare. We are able to offer limited resources to supplement a portion of your childcare expenses once you have obtained Full-time Employment.

Also each participant gets support in building a resume, practing interviewing skills and tailored job search and screening.

Each participants goes through employer vetted 21st Century Skills training which builds skills such as critical thinking, teamwork and conflict resolution. 

They are also receive personal empowerment based in reseached and evidence based emotional intelligence curriculum.   They also develop hard skills in general office such as typing, customer service and much more.

TCR provide personal empowerment and career training for those  who are unemployed, under employed and formerly incarcerated individuals.

Our generous donors make it possible for TCR to offer the program at no cost to the most economically disadvantaged communities.  Allowing us to provide a suite of supportive services such food and gas cards, clothing support and technology.

All of the participants in TCR programs are given a career success coach, customized employment planning, 21st century instruction, personal empowerment training and an employment specalist to help them navigate life’s challenges and find meaningful employment.  iGiven the Prince Story
