Steve Rothschild, founder of Twin Cities R!SE, transitions from Board Chair to Chair Emeritus

Twenty-five years ago, Steve Rothschild, a former General Mills executive, founded Twin Cities R!SE to address the vast unemployment and generational poverty that he saw, particularly among African-American men. Rothschild led TCR for its first nine years as CEO, and has served as the Chair of the Board for the past sixteen years. Steve announced his transition to Chair Emeritus at our annual meeting.

Craig Bentdahl has been elected as the new board chair!

Craig Bentdahl, former CEO of Excel Bank and owner of Mill Valley Kitchen, will step into the role of Chair of the Board at Twin Cities R!SE. Bentdahl has served on the Board of Directors since 2015.
