– My Road to Success

Join our personalized career training program designed to support and guide you at every step. We’re here to help you figure out where your interests and skills meet, ensuring you not only find a job but meaningful work that matches your strengths and passions. Whether you have a dream job in mind or are still exploring, our program is perfect for you. We specialize in bringing out your natural talents and helping you discover your unique strengths and potential. Upon completion of the program, you’ll earn a certificate from Dakota County Technical College (DCTC), have the opportunity for an internship in your desired field, and be on your road to success!

– Diesel Tech

This is the perfect training for those who are interested in being able to inspect, repair, overhaul and or maintain diesel engines. This 8-week hands-on training will teach you diesel technician fundamentals including preventative maintenance, diagnostic systems and engine troubleshooting plus so much more. Classes are held in person at Saint Paul College where after successful completion you will have an opportunity to interview at an employer who are ready to hire entry level technicians. Upon successful completion of program requirements, you will receive a certificate from Saint Paul College.

– Customer Service

If you would like to provide a dynamic customer experience in a professional environment, then this Customer Service training is right for you.  You will learn some of the fundamentals of call center and customer service in a variety of sectors.  During the 8-week training you will also gain exposure to simulations and assessments that will help you be able to confidently land a professional customer service/call center role.  Upon successful completion of program requirements, you will receive a certificate from Saint Paul College.

– Facilities Maintenance Specialist

For those who like to work with their hands and heart this program is perfect.  In the 8-week Facilities Maintenance Specialist training you will learn the fundamentals of maintaining the operations of facilities such as apartment complexes, warehouse, etc.  You will learn the basics of blueprint reading, operation of hand-tools and receive your OSHA 30 certification and a completion certificate from Century College. 

All of programs are currently 8-weeks and hybrid.

This program is best for the open minded individual desiring full-time meaningful employment who are ready to R!SE to their full potential.

TCR provides a variety of supportive services that will prepare you for career success. You will work with your career success coaches to access community connections, employment opportunities, and lifestyle support such as food or gas cards.

Income varies per participant. Our goal is for all participants to graduate from the program with a full-time benefit earning position earning at least $30,000 per year.

Adults impacted by racial or socioeconomic barriers are looking for Full-Time employment Though focus on POC, particularly Black Men; TCR is open to all genders and backgrounds For a more detailed list of requirements, check out our eligibility requirements.

While we do not offer on-site childcare or vouchers for chilcare. We are able to offer limited resources to supplement a portion of your childcare expenses once you have obtained Full-time Employment.
